委托步驟一：接受客戶咨詢
提供專業的追債討債、商務調查、私家偵探服務，資深專業人士會為每一位客戶提供專業的咨詢服務，您可以通過電話、傳真或電子郵件和網上聊天工具等方式咨詢。
委托步驟二：確認委托內容
通過電話、傳真或電子郵件的咨詢后，與您通過傳真或電子郵件確認每一項調查內容。
委托步驟三：工作意向回復
收到客戶的調查內容后，鑫鵬會在最短的時間內給您書面回復工作意向書，意向書包括以下內容：
A、 能否接受委托 B、 工作內容 C、 預期效果及工作方案 D、 所需費用
委托步驟四：簽訂協議
按照以上程序，如無異議，進入簽訂協議階段。與客戶簽訂協議的方式有4種：
A、 受托方辦公室（公司） B、 委托方地址（客戶） C、 傳真 D ，網絡直接委托，錢到委托生效（相互信任效率高）
委托步驟五： 落實調查、提交報告
確認委托后,鑫鵬的資深調查人員將正式開始工作，并于約定時間內提交詳實的調查結果。

Commissioned Step Four: agreement

Commissioned Step five: implement survey report
